September 14, 2006 // Gulf Streams Makes Hole-In-One with Ocean Course Clubhouse Project

Gulf Stream is the General Site Contractor selected to provide site and infrastructure construction for new Ocean Course Clubhouse project on Kiawah Island, South Carolina.

This 16-acre project located in the COBRA Zone of Kiawah’s magnificent beachfront featured many challenging and unique site construction elements. The Ocean Course hosted the 1991 Ryder Cup and the 2007 Senior PGA Championship. It will host the 2012 PGA Championship.
