Gulf Stream Construction has been selected to provide comprehensive civil, site and infrastructure construction for the Low Battery Phase 3 project located in the City of Charleston, SC. Gulf Stream was selected based on qualifications, technical abilities, and cost of construction. Gulf Stream has previously completed Phase 1 and is currently completing Phase 2 of this project.
